Aaron Silvar (later Silvers) went to the Court of Common Pleas in Hawkins County to get a certified affidavit for his pension claim. He stated in his application that he lived on the border of Lee and Hawkins County that the Hawkins County court was closer than the Lee County court. Because this was an affidavit not related to a court case, there will be no record of his affidavit in Hawkins County Court records. The full records are in his pension application which is online. Stockley D. Mitchell was the Clerk of the Court in his filing, so the testimony would have been taken in Rogersville.
