Margaret Flanary
NAMPA Funeral services for Mrs. Margaret Ellen Flanary,
88, of 312 15th Ave, N., who died Tuesday morning at a Nampa
nursing home following a short illness, will be held at 2 p.m.
Friday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel with Rev. Leo Reed, pastor of the Nampa First Baptist Church; officiating. Interment will follow at Kohlerlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Flanary was born March 18, 1879 at Rogersville, Tenn., and was reared in Tennessee. She was married to David Flanary Dec. 21, 1901,in Tennessee.
She moved with her husband to Oklahoma in 1921 and In 1932 came to Owyhee County, where they lived on a ranch. They moved to Nampa in 1947 where she had since resided. Mr. Flanary preceded her in death January 14,1959.
She is survived by two sons,Charles Andrew Flanary of Nampa, and Fred Hayes Flanary of La Pine, Oregon; three daughters, Mrs. Sam Henne of Parma, Mrs. Valice M Morgan of Bell Gardens, Calif., and Mrs. Lloyd Poe of Nampa; three sisters, Mrs. Willie Mae Flanary of Idaho Falls, Mrs. Leonard C. Buckles of Norton, VA., and Mrs. Dovie Johnson of Churchill, TN,; 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
