The Trents and Livesays werent considered Melungeon per se, but some in those families married into Melungeon families. Most of the families considered Melungeon were Collins, Gibson, Goins, Mullins, Bunch, Bolin, Bell, Minor, and a few other families who were associated with those listed. If you can find a connection to one of these families, you might be able to make a Melungeon connection.
