Starting Sept. 5, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum
message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles
will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will
no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.
Go to Usgenweb.org, then to Tennessee, then to Greene Co. and click on Links, I think it is, (it's to the right of the screen, and it will bring up a lot of Greene County resources. Look for the Pioneer, which is the publication of the Greene County Genealogical Society, and look for the Index to names, and it will tell you which issue has the name you are looking for. Then you need to contact Don Miller, Librarian of the Cox Genealogy Library and pay for that issue; I think it is about $5.00, or better yet, join the society because it is well worth it to get all the Pioneers that have data you will find no where else. And Greene County is a hard place to do research; I should know, I used to live there!
