Bunch - Howeth marriage?

I am suspicious that the oldest daughter of William and Mary Howeth was married to an unknown Bunch some time before 1812 in Grainger County, but apparently both died by 1830. This Bunch is probably a direct descendant of one of the David Bunch's.

I have found numerous "coincidences" connecting the Howeth family to my family, suggesting these would be the parents of David Bunch (b~1812) and Jane Bunch (b~1815).

Thomas Howeth married 1817 to Nancy Ann James in Rhea Co, probably now in Hamilton Co. John Howeth in Hamilton Co. by 1826. Thomas, John their mother Mary and Thomas James all listed in the 1830 census for Hamilton Co. By 1840, Mary listed as "Mary Lauderdale".

In 1832, my 4g-grandfather William Roberts' Rev. War pension was witnessed by Gilbert Vandegriff (brother-in-law) and John Howeth. By 1833, Jane Bunch married William's son William A. Roberts/Robbirds (my 3g-grandparents); and Jane Bunch's brother David married Lucy Roberts (a niece of Wm. A.). Jane and David MIGHT be listed in household of Mary Howeth in 1830, but not in 1840 as they were married.

I can prove ALL the above persons/families to have been in Grainger Co. circa 1800-1810, except Jane and David Bunch.

Thanks for any ideas.
