I would like info on Litha Collins, daughter of Larkin Collins, and her children. My gr-gr-grandfather Pleasant Holt was in Grainger Co. court records (1855-1856) as being the father of Litha's child. Litha had a son Perrin, bn. abt. 1854, and this is probably the child in question. Perrin named one of his sons "Pleas" and one might suppose that the name came from Perrin's father(?), my Pleasant Holt. Litha also had at least three more children (Eliza, James, William), evidently without the benefit of marriage.
