Hello Betty,

Don't know if this is a match but I bet it is close. My great-grandfather was James Andrew Rust. He was born April 6, 1876 in Carroll County and died February 22, 1937. His father was William L. Rust, 12/28/1848 - 05/12/1922, and his wife was Mary E. Churchwell. I don't have dates on Mary but she and William married 12/16/1871. If she was about 20 when she married, she would have been born around 1851, plus or minus 2-3years. The date range could be 1848 to 1854. Your Wiley B., born 1833, could have been her father, especially if she was 17 or 18 when she married. William was 22 when he married.

Hope to hear from you, bet the two Churchwell's were connnected somehow.

Johnny
