Hi Cynthia,

Just now saw your post about lookups in the Bedford Co, TN Wills and Vital Records. I have a lookup for Elisha LOYD. Don't know when he died. But, I believe I found his wife, Sarah (Sally), listed with a son, James on the 1850 Bedford Co. census. Then again, maybe Elisha was gone on a "buying trip somewhere, therefore not listed. Just grasping at straws here. What is frustrating as well, I found Elisha listed as father to my gg-grandfather, James Daniel. Up to two years ago, we thought his name was Howell Loyd. So, you may need to look at that name as well. Could be Elisha's first or middle name. Then Howell could be Elisha's father. Just know one or the other came from Wales originally. Thanks in advance for anything. Sydney
