This is what I have for Swiney...

Page 449- Benjamin Earnhart, 2 October 1882
To be buried in the grave yard at Daniel Earnhart's in Bedford County, Tennessee. Wife Susannah "Susan" Earnhart. Daughter Amy Liggett wife of J.C. Liggett, is to return and live with my wife,Susan. Other children: G.W. Earnhart, William A. Earnhart, Doc Earnhart, and Amy Earnhart Liggett. Bettie Swiney gets $5.00 and one fifth of my estate. Executor: Friend Hiram Harris.
Witnesses: Hiram Harris and H.P. Baxter. Probated November 1882

Hope this gives you something to go on. Why did Bettie get one fifth of his estate? Makes you wonder, doesn't it??
