These were the only KING families listed in my index to the 1820 USC of TN as being residents of Bedford Co. I'm not certain if this particular index was complete.

KING, Edward.. 000001-00001
KING, Isiah... 200100-00000
KING, Jonathan 200110-21100 (he moved to Perry Co, IL, early 1830s)
KING, Joseph... 210010-10011

As for the specific given names in your query....

KING, Benjamin - (2) in Robertson Co, plus (1) in Sumner Co
KNIG, Francis or Frances -- no household heads by that name in any TN county per this particular index
KING, John - Hickman Co, Lawrence Co, Robertson Co, Franklin Co (2), Stewart Co, Montgomery Co (3), and Sumner Co,
KING, John A - Giles Co
KING, John M - Maury Co
KING, John W - Smith Co
KING, Samuel - Dickson Co (2), Giles Co (2), Smith, Sumner, Maury (2)
KING, Thomas - Franklin Co, Montgomery Co. Stewart Co
KING, Thomas S - Williamson Co
