I am seeking information about James Pollock who is listed in the Bedford County, TN 1850 Census. James is listed in the household of Benjiman (age 48) and Sarah (age 44). Siblings listed as Elizabeth(age 20), Benjiman (age 16), Joseph (age 14), Allen (age 12) and Deliah(age 10). I would like to
know if this is James A. Pollock who married
Isabella (Permelia) Nutt daughter of Maben A. and Rebecca Nutt. Isabella is shown in the 1850 Bedford County, TN census as age 18, living in the household of M.A. and Rebecca.

Maben A. Nutt was a Primitive Baptist preacher who moved to Lewis County, Tennessee and preached at the Salem Primitive Baptist Church near what is now Topsy, TN located in Wayne County, TN.

James A. and Isabella (Permelia) Pollock are shown in the 1860 Lewis County, TN census adjacent to the household of Maben and Rebecca Nutt.

Isabella (Permelia) Nutt's siblings are listed in the 1850 Bedford County, TN census as Robert, Rebecca, William, James, Jesse, and Mary.

I will appreciate any information concerning this Pollock family and/or this Nutt family.
