My ancestor Solomon Norman (born SC 1804) lived in Bedford County apparently in the section that later became part of Coffee. He moved to Illinois about 1829 and later moved to Caldwell County, KY in 1833 and lived there until his death in 1873. He had three girls by first wife Lou--Sally, Milly, and Louisa; and two children by his second wife Mahala Brooks, namely Enoch Marion and Elizabeth. I don't know who Solomon's parents or siblings were.
