Amazing history, even if not "my" Tjaders!
I just had an insight for you. My GGrandfather was b. 1887 in Turku Finland. When he attempted to serve in the military here in the US he stated that he was "Russian", probably as a result of the various shifts of occupancy in that area. He was investigated, and assured that he was NOT a Russian :>) Grandfather remembers the men in the suits coming to the house to tell the family!
