I am back researching the family tree again. Trying to find out how or why the Titzel name derived from Dietzel. Any information on relatives in Germany? I believe Johann Heinrich Dietzel was 21 when he left Germany. Did he leave anyone behind? I also am interested in Fort Titzell and would like to plan a visit to Central PA while my mother is still around, and can accompany me to our PA relatives.
