Tirrells of old.

Beatrix Tirrell was my 12th GGMother, b. abt 1480 in Warley, Cambridge, England. She was married to Thomas Pigott, b. abt 1482 in Abington Pigotts, Cambridgeshire, England. Beatrix is my introduction into the Tirrell line and goes back through her father Humphrey (1440-1507) through to Sir Walter of Langham Tirrell who was born in about 1086. My calculations and lineage make him my 26th GGFather.

I am having troubles with the line as some of the dates in it overlap by up to 100 years, depending on the sourses of the information.

If anyone knows the line or a reliable reference text on this line, can they drop me a note, please?

Best regards
Ian
