October 30, 1924 - - - Adron Woodward Tipton born Aug. 6, 1852, Nashville, TN, where he grew to manhood died Oct. 20, 1924. Married Miss Clementine E. Hobbs, Feb. 9, 1879. 8 children 3 died in infancy. Survivors: Wife & 5 children, Will Tipton, Three Sands, OK, Mrs. John Goodwin, Crescent, OK, Sam Tipton, Anadarko, OK, Mrs. Tom Payne, Crescent, OK, Clifford Tipton, Crescent, OK 25 grandchildren & 1 great-grandchild. In 1884 moved to Bohnum, TX and then in 1918 to Crescent.

Aug. 28, 1930 - - - Mrs. Elizabeth Clemantine Tipton born in Arkansas in 1861 on Feb. 14. Died Aug. 14, 1930 age 69 years, 8 months.
Married Mr. Adron Tipton of Tenn. where they resided until 1886 and then moved to Texas. In 1907 they moved to Okla. near Crescent. 7 children 2 preceeded her, survivors: children, William Tipton, Calif., Mrs. Maud Goodwin, Crescent, OK, Sam Tipton, Andadarko, OK, Mrs. Susie Payne, Guthrie, OK, Clifford Tipton, Okla. City also have 1 brothers in McNimble Co., TN Mr. Tipton died 6 years ago.
Burial Crescent Cemetery. Lynie Tipton unmarked grave.
Date of burial Aug. 16, 1930.
