Clydene,
Please excuse the previous lengthy response. I took the time to check your posting history and website and see where you're at with this research after I wrote. What an interesting family history. (My own Gentry/Anderson family into Taney/Stone abt. 1837.) I also checked for death certificates on the MO Archives and did see Leeann Gore Beal's showing her mother as Nancy Tipton. If you can locate a male descendant of Wm. & Nancy to do DNA testing, it might give you some direction.
