I was in contact with you a couple of years ago before you were married. I have new information on a daughter of Henry Tippie that has never been listed as one of his children. Margaret had come to Grant Co., Indiana with her brother Henderson and was married here in 1849. She is the only other Tippie/Tippey listed as being married here prior to 1850. She was born 1822 in OH. Margaret married a Joseph Taylor and her first child was born in IN, then they went to Clinton Co. OH. Her 2nd child was born in Athens Co., OH in 1855. The family ended up in Iroquois Co., IL before 1869 when her husband, JOseph died. Margaret never remarried. I hope to get some responses from queries I posted today for this family. If I have to I will go to Illinois to find her death date and record and hope the parents are listed. I believe she died around 1900. I think it too coincidental for her to have a son in Athens Co. OH where Henry Tippie was at. If she is the daughter of Henry and Mary Pully Tippie then there would have been a good reason to go back to Athens Co. to see family.
