Here is what I do know:
Henry Tippett,

Married to Mary Monroe.Son: Walter Monroe Tippett.Other children include Hattie, Harry, Margaret, Nannie and Emma.
Died _____.
Mary Monroe,
born _____.
Married to Henry Tippett.Son: Walter Monroe Tippett.Other children include Hattie, Harry, Margaret, Nannie and Emma.
Died _____.
____ Hunter,
born November 5, 1828.
Died December 20, 1917 at 10:00 p.m.
________ Cunningham,
born _____.
VERY wealthy; her family was from England.
Died August 16, 1888.
Walter Monroe Tippett,
born February 13, 1870 in Homer, Ohio.
Married Clara Belle Hunter and lived in Columbus, Ohio for 41 years prior to his death.
He was a salesman in the industry of agricultural implementation (primarily a tractor salesman).
2 children: Carlos Hunter and Alice.
Siblings: Hattie and Harry, known to him, and Margaret, Nannie and Emma, possibly unknown to him.
Died October 22, 1946 at 9:11 a.m. from cerebral hemorrhage due to arteriosclerosis and hypertension and metastatic carcinoma.Clayton Peak was his attending physician.
Buried in Patterson Cemetery in Utica, Licking County, Ohio.FP Householder wrote the cemetery and gave them authorization for Carlos to bury his father, Walter Monroe, in FP’s lot.In hospital 12 days consecutive days prior to death.
He resided at 114 E. Oakland Ave, Columbus, Ohio, at the time of his death.
He was not a war veteran, and he had no social security number.
Clara Belle Hunter Tippett,
born July 29, 1865 in Homer, Ohio (or 1868? Her handwriting says 1868, but she said was born during the Civil War, so it must have been 1865, but Mary Ellen Nye thinks Walter was younger, so this might have been why Clara Belle wrote 1868.)
She was “high class,” rich, and considered to be "marrying down" when she married Walter Monroe.
Clarabelle or Clara Belle (also spelled Claribel) was a painter.
Clara Belle's cousins were the Butchers and Yoakums (Utica, Mount Vernon or Johnston, Ohio); these were the children of Cunningham or Hunter siblings.
Alice, her daughter, wrote "Robert Butcher's" name all over in her schoolbooks in about 1923; is this Robert related to her mom's cousins?
Siblings: Alice "Minnie" Hunter, Fred Hunter, M.D. (loved dogs; always had dogs with him), and Vert Hunter, M.D. (loved dogs; always had dogs with him).
There may have been 3 other siblings because the following three people are listed in Carlos’ baby book as “Aunt” and “Uncle”, but they are not heirs of the Margaret/Nannie Tippett estate so not siblings of Walter Monroe Tippett:Jennie, died March 29, 1910; Lelo, died March 22, 1919; and Will, died January 9, 1929.
Clara Belle died January 25, 1960.Clara Belle resided at 114 E Oakland Ave at time of her death.Buried in Homer, Ohio.
Does this help?If you know anything, you are welcome to correspond directly with me at [email protected] or on this message board. Thanks!
