Hi, i am trying to trace my family tree and am looking at the name Tippet as it was my gt ,gt uncles surname. He lived in Ruabon in North Wales, the strange thing is that i have a great aunt with the name Phoebe and i am told it was a family name. This seems more than a coincidence. Please respond.
