Looking for descendents of Bessie/Jessie M. Tinney, b. abt 1896 Indian Territory, New Mexico/Texas. Bessie m. Bessford Homer abt. 1919 Arizona. They are seen in the 1920 Globe, Gila Co., AZ census. Bessie/Jessie has siblings: Edward (Eugene), Benjamin Franklin, Cecil M., Hazel, Mary M., and Alton Tinney. Parents are: James R. & Sarah Harris Tinney. Alton may have died in Yreka, Siskiyou Co., Calif. 1976. Sarah (mother) died before 1905. Leaving James with the kids, so James moved in with his mother in law and she helped raise the kids till she died sometime after 1910. Then in 1920, James & 2 oldest sons are ranch hands in Phoenix, Maricopa Co., AZ, Hazel is living with her sister Bessie/Jessie Homer and husband Bessford. Alton may have married Beulah Hinkle and settled in Calif. He was in AZ. in 1930 so he's hard to trace after that.
By 1930, James died 1927, no sign of any of them except Benjamin and his families. Benjamin first m. Sadie Branham, second, Iva Stidham, (Anthony, second marriage).
