The Lydia Turner who married Andrew Tinkham is very likely (although proof possitive is lacking)the daughter of Elisha and Betsey (Paterson) Turner of Hartland VT.
According to the 1850 VT FC, Lydia Martin was a resident of Rochester VT, evidentally living next to a Rev. Jesse Turner, who was a known son of Elisha and Betsey. Her age was given as 63 which may be incorrect, as her parents were married in 1788, and this would have put her birth circa 1787.
