Hi Emma,

I believe that I can help you. My widowed sister-in-law is the daughter of the late Ida Mae Martin and Frank Gulley (I see you have a mistaken surname for "Gulley"). She is Nettie Beth Gulley Green and lives in Lubbock,TX, as does her daughter, my niece, Elizabeth "Beth" Green Tay. Nettie married my late brother, W.L. Green. She is the sole surviving child of Ida Mae. Ida Mae and Frank Gulley also had two sons, Byral and Eldon. Eldon spent the last thirty or so years of his life farming in Bailey County, Texas. Byral remained in Collingsworth County and lived at Dodsonville. Nettie and W.L. farmed in Collingsworth County,Texas.

Their children were born and raised on a farm in Collingsworth County, north of Wellington. Frank Finnis Gulley was still a young man in his 40s when he died in 1944. The Gulleys and my Greens lived in the same rural community, and we all knew one another. Beth tells me that a child of the Goforths, Joseph and Eliza, also lives in Lubbock. She is Nora Huddleston, I believe. Nettie stays in touch with Nora. If you want to contact Nettie, send an e-mail directly to me and I will give you her telephone number, and tell her to expect your call. She has no computer.

With Best Wishes,
Donald Green
