Tinkle information seems hard to come by. I'm not a Tinkle researcher as such, but one of my Arnolds married a Tinkle, so thought I would throw down what I've got as it looks like they should connect here somewhere. Could Robert Francis be a brother of the Michael P. Tinkle that appears in the 1870 and 1900 Izard Co., Arkansas census?
