Hi Pat,
Thanks for the info.; I really do appreciate it. Are you the daughter of Wanda June & Ray Franklin ?

I have him as Hobert G. Tinch because his headstone reads:
Hobert G. Tinch Pvt. 209 Enginners Tenn WWI
b: 3-4-1897, d: 12-18-1969

What does the A. (Garrett A. Hobert Tinch) stand for?

I have Cora b: 8-2-1905, d: 1-10-1992. I haven't been back to the Tinch Cemetery since 1990 and at that time Cora was still alive, I need to recheck the Cemetery ASAP.

Hobert & Cora's children were:
Mazelle, Delzie Edith, & Zola
