Many Branches of the Timpe Family

I am posting this in hopes of trying to locate the German ancestry of the Timpe Family in America. My anestry goes back to a unknown German Timpe Family that was from Osterlinder Brunswick perhaps perhaps with connections to the Hanover area. There were 3 brothers who came to the Denmark Iowa area around 1840 to 1860 Jacob Fritz, K Charles and Henry. I am aware of a Timpe family branch of Clemens Timpe b 1832 from Hanover Germany who settled in the Galena IL area. Are they related? I am not sure but if someone can help connect the families please post a reply or contact me.
