Who is this Aaron Timmons?

Who does this Aaron Timmons belong to? Is he the son of John Timmons, Sr. who married Sarah? Or does he belong to someone else.
Sussex County,Delaware Probate Records 1680-1800
Aaron Timmons will date: 10 March 1791
Will probate date: 6 Jun. 1791
Heirs: Wife (unmamed)Samuel Brickman, Joshua Ellis.
No Executor name.
Witnesses were Wingate Hall, Thomas Carter, and William Carter.

I do know John Sr's sons John JR and Ezekial ended up in Delaware, and I wondered if son Aaron had gone there too.
The 1792 death date would fit John Sr's son, as John Jr died in 1796.
