Happy Thanksgiving to you. Susan Butler, born 1811 is indeed the sister to James. Susan married Wm.Wright Timblin and they are my great great grandparents. My great grandmother was their youngest child, Margaret Jane Timblin. Best I can determine they left Penn. either right before or shortly after the Civil War, and migrated to Wisconsin, where Susan eventually died. Then Margaret Jane Timblin (married John f. Day) and her family migrated to Montana abt. 1888. My grandmother (their daughter) and grandfather died in 1926, and my mother and her sister were sent to Texas to live with an aunt on their fathers side. I live in Houston, and several years ago got interested in genealogy and began my search. it has been fun and intersting. Last summer i was in Penn. for 2 days and we drove to Timblin, Pa. and Kinnatting (sp), Pa. The area was very pretty, but unfortunately we were'nt there long enough to find any information. I do have a list of the Butler's and their birth dates. Have to go get pies out of the oven. will contact you later. send me your regular email address, it might be easier to communitate that way. bye, Peggy (a distant cousin)
