Samuel Timberlake, b.1804 son of Wm. & Mourning Johnson Timberlake is found in the 1850 & 1850 census living in Kentucky as follows:
1850:Samuel age 46 b. Virginia, wife Harriet age 49 b. Michigan, dau. Susan age 14 b. Ohio & son George age 11 b. Ohio in Paducah, Mc Cracken Co., Ky. Samuel was employed as a "paddler or saddler" and owned real estate valued at $1200.
1860: Sam age 58 b. Virginia, wife Harriet age 59 b. Michigan, Henry age 30 b. Ohio, Susan age 23 b. Ohio, George age 21 b. Ohio in Uniontown, Union Co., Ky. Post Office Morganfield. Sam is employed as a merchant and owned real estate valued at $1000, personal property of $500.
No record of this family in 1870/1880 census records.
