Hi Yvonne, this is a copy of Elizabeth's will. ---------------------------------------------- CHARLOTTE CO. WILL BOOK 7:20 1831 In the name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Timberlake of the County of Charlotte being of sound mind and in my perfect senses do declair the following to be my last will and testament. To my son Augustine Timberlake I give and bequeath the whole of the debt due me from William Pryor it being my interest in my Uncle Luke Pryor’s Estate. To my Gran daughter Ann Eliza Wood I give and bequeath all of my stock of horses, salt sellars set in silver stands and a large trunk and it’s contents. To my son in law John LeSeure I have given as much of my estate as I feel able to given him. Signed by me this 16th day of February 1831. Witness Tho. F. Spencer John Dennis George W. Kent ------------------------------------------------------ At a Court held for Charlotte County the 7th day of March 1831. This Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Timberlake dec’d this day presented into Court and the same was proved by the oaths of John Dennis and George W.
