INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW-COMMERS
Neophytes to the name 'TILLINGHAST' frequently ask the same questions research the name. Maybe this will help.
You could go through the messages and read most anyone that seems to offer a hint of help. Most of the time in research we all have to do that. Try a short~cut:
#1=Put ANY message number in the box at the top of the MESSAGES LIST. #2= At the bottom of the page that comesup put my name in the box that says search and click. While all of these may concern my bloodline back to Pardon.you will also learn something about the Tillinghasts in general.
#3=My message in particular at #125 should prove quite helpful. #4= there areover 300 pages in Rose Tillinghast's book, of which I have a copy but the cost of copying it proved a little high for my budget so I only sent out 2. #4= Pardon John Tillinghast had a 'traveling gene' in his blood so expect to find them all over the globe. Mine went from Rhode Island to South Carolina to Georgia to Alabama and Mississippi. Expect to do a lot of research. ELTON
