I am trying to research this for you, she is a tricky one to trace....the spelling of the last name may be your key, as I believe it was originally "Hungerbieler"

I think I may have found a lead for you though -

Johann Conrad Hungerbieler and his wife Maria Elizabeth and five children immigrated to Carolina, on May 9, 1752. (The Hungerbielers had settled in Schriesheim and Dossenheim Germany in the mid-to-late 17th century). They arrived in South Carolina on the board ship Cunlif. On 7 Nov 1752 he petitioned for land Four Holes Swamp, Midway Community, Orangeburgh(SC) Township.

The Till's were also original settlers of Orangeburg, SC and I believe this is where Rosanna, possibly a granddaughter of the above stated, hooked up with Daniel Till.....the missing link is still finding out who her parents were, but this looks promising....
