The July 2007 issue of ANTIQUES magazine on page 111 displays a portrait of Anne Francis Tilghman (Mrs. James; 1727-1771).
This fine portrait should be made known to the Tilghman family. I am scanning it in case any of the descendants might like a copy, either by email or by postal mail. Someone in the family ought to have it--it is too good to be missed by them. It may not have extensive genealogy value, but it certainly does have a whole lot of family, historic, and artistic value.

If it were a portrait of a Pease family member, I'd certainly want someone to do the same for me.
