I searched thru all of the Joshua Tilghman's available in the index and did not find one that matched the Joshua you referenced with those children's names, date of death or location of property (closest one I saw was one in NC i believe.)
I checked against Ivy Tilghman to try and reverse locate, there was only one Ivy and it did not match to Joshua. Also checked alternatives to Ivy, very few, also none reversed back to a Joshua with the other information.
I checked against Stephen also and likewise had no luck. I did not check against Robert as there are a lot of those. lol.
