My grandfather was Tomas Tijerina.I have no idea if there were more siblings or who the parents were. He married Jesusa Duran and had two children. Justo Tijerina was born in 1909 in Laredo, Texas. Tomas Jr was killed at the age of 18 in the early 1930s. My Dad had relatives in Rio Grande City, Duran on my grandmother's side.
