Hi David,

I don't remember whether or not I replied to your message posted in Dec.'99. If I didn't, I apologize for missing your answer to my message Howeever, for what it is worth now, my Grandfather was John J. Tierney, b. 1853 in the Louisburgh area of County Mayo. His parents were John and Mary (Grady) Tierney. He married Margaret Kittredge in Clinton,
MA in 1873.They had a son John J. Tierney, b.
1878. I have very little information on this son. I can't recollect hearing about relatives in Conn. from my family. If you would like to pursue the matter feel free to contact me by E-Mail: Jackinoakfield@webtv.net
