My family came from County Clare in 1881, settled in MA, Conn., and eventually NJ. I remember spending summers in West Haven with relatives, but forget their names. Grandfather was Timothy Tierney, grandmother Anne Mulqueeney Tierney. My father James and uncle Patrick (PJ) had butcher shop in Paterson, NJ. Uncle, Peter, was priest in Kansas. I go back to Clare this summer. Have found cousins there. -- htbale@psyber.com
