Anyone have an information on the Tierce family of Independence Township, Minnesota in Hennepin County?
Here is what I have:
John Tierce
Born: 1796 in Germany
Married:
Died: in Independence, Minnesota in Hennepin County
Notes: According to the 1860 census which was taken October 20, 1860, his daughter (Mary), son-in-law (John Reifenberger) and two children were living with him (Mary and Nicholas). The family was living inIndependence, Minnesota in Hennepin County. The post office box was Maple Plain. John was 64 years old. He was a farmer.
Catherine Tierce born January 19, 1834 in Prussia.
She married John Reifenberger. She died May 31,
1893 in Independence, Minnesota in Hennepin County
Mary Reifenberger born September 1, 185
in Independence, Minnesota in Hennepin
County.
Nicholas Reifenberger born in June of 1860.
Lucia Reifenberger born in 1861.
Anna Karmoli Reifenberger born in 1867.
She married it looks like Mathias Schue...
According to the 1900 census, her father
was living with them, she was listed as
Annie and she had no children.
