Hi Phil,
DOn't know if you had any responses to your query, but in the "Tichenor Families in America" book, it list Joseph Day Tichenor, born July 18, 1762 in Passiac CO., NJ. He married Jane Brown JUne 28, 1785 and died Oct 5, 1847. He was the son of Joseph Tichenor, born ca 1744, and _______ Day. Also shows that a house near the foot of Greenwood Lake near HEwitt, was owned by Joseph Day Tichenor, and was still standing and in good shape in 1965. Now known as the Cooley Homestead.
