Hi Carolyn, Glad you yopu found the info of use. Here are the siblings of John, Jane 1764, Humphrey 1768, This is an ancestor of Kelly who replied to your first query, I found her unkown Tibbot who was the son of Humphrey and have emailed her twice but have had no reply. The sons name was thomas, Martha 1772, Mary 1774 Luke or Luther 1769 and Thomas 1769. We shall be viiting my wifes cousin up north in early june He has a file two inches thick on Tibbots but is not very good with the computer so I will extract anything relevant and pass it on to you. I do Know that some of the Tibbots went to America quite early and settled in Pennsylvania one of them havind the first water driven flour mill in the state.
Dont worry about having little info for me I owe lots of help to people in America for the fantastic help they have given me on census lookups for B entleys.
Going to your Roberts Have you tried to find Mary and Williams marriage in the GRO Index? ormaybe you do not have acess if not let me know and I will visit our local record office I would look for mary Elizabeth Pryce which is far less common and then find the William you will know if it is the correct one as the ref will be the same. I f you locate the marriage certificate it will give his fathers name and his age you can then trace them in the 1901 census and his father in the 1881 and your on your way. Will keep in touch Roy
