My greatgreatgrandfather: Joseph Henry Tibbetts was born in Lee County, Iowa on 5 May 1836. His brother Jefferson S. was the first child: born 1 Jan 1834 in Dearborn County, Indiana. Their parents were: Abner Tebbetts and Nancy Ann Snodderly. I don't know where the parents were married?? or who was Abner Tebbetts parents and brother and sisters. Abner and Nancy had four sons and one daughter. The sons all survived to come to Nodaway County, Missouri, where they are all buried, as was their mother Nancy. Can anyone please help me. Nancy was born in Tennessee 1813. I think that Abner was born in Maine.
I have been searching for several years and just know that someone out their knows of Abner. I have Nancy's ancesters. Thank you so kinding. Lula
