Looking for info on Abner Thurber, and wife, Elizabeth, she b. 1762, d. 1851 Canton NY, buried Corning NY. Abner was Rev. War veteran. He reportedly died after moving to Lindley, New York. His widow, Elizabeth, married Capt. Charles Wolcott (1768-1858) in 1816 at Painted Post NY, so Abner probably died about 1810-15. He had a son, Abner Jr. and he may have been the one who moved to Lindley. There was an Abner Thurber on the 1810 census of Painted Post.
