Possible translation connection

My grandmother on my father's side (who lives in the same town as we do), is of Swedish ancestry, and has learned quite a bit of the language in recent years. If I could get a copy of the text to be translated, perhaps she could be of some help in the translation. We, too, are interested in the history of the Thulin name.
