William Harrison Thrift-South Carolina/Alabama

I am searching for my gr gr grandfather, William Harrison Thrift from South Carolina. I found him on 1860,1870 and 1880 Alabama census. He is listed with my gr grandfather Wiley W. Thrift. On Wiley's death certificate it shows his father as Harrison Thrift and his mother as Anna Ross. I'm not sure if this is fact, based on the name of Harrison's wife's name on the census. In 1860 and 1870,they were in Randolph County, Al and on the 1880 census, they were in Alexandria, Calhoun, Alabama. There is a sister by the name of Sarah A. Thrift from S.C.living with them on the 1860 and 1880 census. He is listed as William H. on the 1860 census, Harrison Thrift on the 1870 census and H. Thrift on the 1880 census.Any further information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
