Sorry not to reply sooner, I only know a few things gleaned from my brother. W.B.T. born 1895, (we have his birth cert Australia) left Oundle school 1913 aged 18. Then at gonville 7 Keys college, cambridge. Rugby and hockey Blues. By june 1915 university interrupted and was at Eastchurch (Isle of Sheppy?) with RNAS. His flight sargent was Sgt. brown of Alcock and Brown fame. He transfered to the Royal Navy by 1917 and served on HMS Warspite. I have loads of pictures
