THRASHERS OF CALHOUN COUNTY, ALABAMA

Looking for information about a Bible once owned by JEREMIAH "Jerry" JOHNSON CATO (my great grandfather).
At the time of his death in 1940 at the age of 89 Jeremiah was living with the W. Monroe Thrasher family (Jeremiah's daughter's family) in or near Jacksonville, Calhoun County, Alabama. The Bible was seen by a number of my relatives previous to Jeremiah's death but no one in my family has seen it since Jeremiah died in 1940. It is believed that Jeremiah's Bible stayed with the W. Monroe Thrasher family.
I am interested in obtaining family information from the Bible.
I would love to hear from you should you have information about this Bible or on the Thrasher's (or their descendants) who lived in or near Jacksonville, Anniston and the Ohatchee area of Calhoun County, Alabama.
