pg 58 The Salmon Crane House: 201 E Logan St. Salmon Crane, prolific builder in Tecumseh. Arrived in Tecumseh 1837 at age 25; Salmon & Harriet Crane had 5 sons: Charles & Vernor moved to St Louis MO as adults; Eugene & Theodore stayed in Tecumseh area & were carpenters/builders; Henry was a store clerk & machinist. Harriet d 1883, Salmon d 1888. Theodore d 1924 & wife Bricena surv him (3 ch - Ronald, Vernor, Judith). Theodore lived in the house until his death in 1924 and wife Bricena still lived there until the early 1930's. House still standing. [Salmon Crane is mentioned in several other places in the book as builder, architect, etc.)
