Check the following:
Http:// -this is a record of St. Stephens Church, Coleman St. London "Exerpts from "The New Haven Colony", in the last of the 3rd Par. shows "William Thorpe" as a member of the party of the ship "Hector" of London, and landed in Boston on June 26, 1637, subsequently traveling to New Haven.
This is a posting by the Founders of the New Haven Coloney Society which list includes William Thorpe. (Note spelling with an "e".'s "pedigree" linage for William Thorpe does not include given names that match the names that I or you show for the family that moved from Fairfield to Cayaga. I have an old family diary & notes of the Nathan Thorp family that moved from Cayaga Co, NY to Bath Twp, Medina Co.(later became part of Summit Co, Ohio. I must publish a paper, this week, on this family (my mother's). I will be using the diary for reference and will send you a copy. Please ck the sites I've listed and reply with any additional information, ASAP, that may suppliment my records.
