I believe that I have information on the Thorn ancestors adn I believe that they are related to my ancestor Richard Barnecott. Thomas E Thorn held Richard's mortgage. Richard Barnecott emmigrated here in the 1840's also. Richard's mother was named Mary Ann Beck. Richard settled for a while in Kingsbridge, present day Bronx (then Westchester), as did the Thorns.
