I believe that you have some misinformation listed in your posting.
Peter McIntosh b. 1803 Scotland married Mary Taylor b. 1816 in Perth, Lanark Co. Ontario. They were married Mar 26 1839 in Perth. Mary Taylor was the daughter of Josias Tayler and Maria Brito....their daughter Annie b. 1861 married Alexander Gilmour Pinkerton on 28 Aug 1883 in Renfrew Twp, Renfrew Co. Ontario. Annie McIntosh Pinkerton died in Manitoba in 1936. Alexander and Annie had four children: Isabell, Mabel,Elizabeth and Morris..I have the marriage for Alexander and Annie and the birth records for their children as well as the death record for Annie Pinkerton.
Could you tell me what verification you have for your Anna who married John Jacob Thomson being the daughter of this Peter and Mary??
The Peter and Mary shown on the 1881 census is my Peter and Mary with the last of their nine children...Caroline and Alexander.
